We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our Hinckley team at Aligra Personnel Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for connecting with top talent and meeting our clients' needs.

The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will handle both temporary and permanent placements and support in building our brand in the local area. You will be crucial in driving our success story and contributing to our 2024 expansion.

Our Hinckley branch is now getting busier every week, and we need someone to help build on recent success. This role offers a clear, fully mapped-out progression path, starting with gaining your REC qualifications and progressing through structured development and training within Aligra.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end temporary and permanent recruitment processes, from advertising to placing candidates in suitable roles.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team targets, maintain accurate records in our recruitment software.
  • Familiarity with job boards and recruitment software is a plus.
