About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Health and Safety Specialist to join our team at Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited. As a Senior Health and Safety Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert health and safety advice and support to our clients in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • To provide health and safety advice and guidance to clients on site
  • To conduct risk assessments and COSHH assessments as required
  • To assist with internal safety projects and initiatives
  • To work closely with clients to identify and mitigate health and safety risks
  • To maintain accurate records of health and safety activities

Requirements

  • Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • NEBOSH diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a health and safety role
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including professional development opportunities and a supportive work environment.
