Salary and BenefitsThe successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £11,786.00 per annum, plus an excellent benefits package including 33 days' annual leave, enhanced maternity and paternity allowance, up to 9% employer pension contribution, Blue Light Card discounts, attendance reward, free life insurance, buy and sell holiday, and cycle-to-work scheme.
About the Role- Manage a team of Care Assistants and ensure that procedures are followed correctly.
- Develop, implement, and maintain individual care and support plans.
- Provide residents and their relatives with an effective communication network.
- Carry out one sleep-in per week and work weekend shifts as part of a rota system.
- An NVQ/QCF Diploma Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards this qualification).
