Join Our Team as a Residential Care Team Leader

We are currently recruiting for a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Residential Care Team Leader at our children’s home in Wellingborough.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring it meets all relevant legislative and contractual requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Home Management: Lead the team in managing the residential home, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Staff Development: Develop and supervise staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional care and support.
  • Liaison and Communication: Collaborate with external agencies and other departments to ensure residents receive comprehensive support and guidance.
  • Budget Management: Assist in budget preparation and manage finances to achieve optimal results.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • A qualified social worker (QCF level 3 or above).
  • At least 1 year of experience working in residential care.
  • Valid full driving license.
  • Enhanced DBS check.
