**Care Team Leader Job Summary**

We are seeking an accomplished leader to serve as our Care Team Leader at Rosewood Court in Wellingborough.

As a member of our care team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents while promoting a positive and supportive environment.

Your primary responsibilities will include managing care staff, creating and maintaining individual care plans, communicating effectively with residents and families, and contributing to our ongoing quality improvement initiatives.

Core Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise care staff to ensure efficient delivery of services
  • Create and maintain individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Engage in regular communication with residents, families, and other stakeholders to promote collaboration and trust
