The Deputy Manager will be responsible for managing the residential home, ensuring it meets all relevant legislative and contractual requirements, and promoting the safeguarding of young people's welfare.
This role involves participating in the on-call roster, assisting with budget preparation and management, and coaching and developing staff to maximize their performance.
The ideal candidate will have managerial experience within a similar environment and 2 years residential care experience. A full driving licence and Enhanced DBS are essential requirements for this role.
This position offers excellent rates of pay, payroll services twice a week, and a specialist consultant within an experienced and dedicated recruitment team.
*Annual Salary: £42,000
