We are seeking a compassionate Home and Community Care Provider to join our team at Care By Us Ltd. As a Home and Community Care Provider, you will provide care to individuals in the community and their homes with complex needs.
About the Role:
This is a unique opportunity to work as part of our team providing personalized care services to individuals with complex needs. Your key responsibilities will include tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, stoma care, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing personal care to individuals with complex needs
* Managing medication and treatment plans
* Maintaining accurate records and reports
