In this role, you will form part of our committed team, working closely with colleagues and external partners to create positive outcomes for the young people in our care.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide expert guidance and support to the residential support team, ensuring they have the resources and tools needed to deliver exceptional care.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external agencies and stakeholders to secure collaborative partnerships.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of our residential care services, implementing new ideas and initiatives to enhance the quality of care.

**Requirements:**

  • A professional social work qualification (QCF Level 3 or working towards).
  • At least one year of experience in residential care.
  • Full driving license.
  • Enhanced DBS.

**Estimated Salary:** £40,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including specialist recruitment support and payroll services.
