Main Responsibilities:
  • Support the Production Manager in the day-to-day running of the operation.
  • Ensure smooth operational running of machines and/or area of control on your shift.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in warehouse logistics with good people management skills. You will also have experience of delivering on targets, quality processes, and H&S. Experience in a fast-paced process-driven manufacturing production or distribution/logistics environment along with identifying system improvements with potential cost savings is essential.

We are looking for someone who can manage and control performance of staff within the team, with a combination of practical and intercultural skills. The ability to shift and adapt to different tasks, team building and motivation, coaching skills, and proficiency in PC / IT skills are all required.
