We are seeking a full-time experienced paralegal for our busy Residential Conveyancing team in Wellingborough. The successful applicant will have proven experience of working within a residential property team and possess extensive knowledge of sale, purchase, re-mortgage, and transfer of equity matters, including new build and leasehold.

This exciting opportunity requires confidence in managing your own caseload, developing and managing relationships with clients and estate agents, being IT literate, and committed to using case management systems. Key responsibilities include checking mortgage offers, assisting other team members, and possessing excellent business development skills, organisational abilities, and the capacity to work independently.

The ideal candidate will have proven Residential Conveyancing experience and be able to thrive within a fast-paced team environment. At Wilson Browne Solicitors, we believe in providing training and supporting our staff to ensure their continued growth and success.
