Conveyancing Paralegal Specialist

We are seeking an experienced paralegal to join our dynamic Residential Conveyancing team in Wellingborough.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working within a residential property team, with expertise in handling complex transactions, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload, developing and maintaining relationships with clients and estate agents, and utilising case management systems to streamline processes.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent business development skills, strong organisational abilities, and the capacity to work independently. They will also have a passion for delivering exceptional client service and contributing to the growth and success of our firm.

• Salary range: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum
