About the Role:As a Resident Care Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and assistance to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. You will work closely with our team to create a warm and welcoming environment that promotes independence, dignity, and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver dignified personal care and assistance to residents
- Support residents during mealtimes and activities
- Provide sensitive and appropriate support with various aspects of daily life
We offer a competitive salary of £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a range of benefits, including access to online GP appointments, a buy and sell holiday scheme, discounts on gym memberships, and more.
