Job Description

As an In-Store Commercial Manager at H&M Home, you'll play a key role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers every day. You'll work closely with the Store Manager and team to plan and organize daily operations, ensuring that our customers receive outstanding service and that our sales floor is always inspiring and engaging.

Responsibilities

  • Customer First: You'll be passionate about our customers and dedicated to providing excellent customer service at all times.
  • Maximizing Profitability: You'll work with your store team to drive sales and maximize profitability.
  • Inspirational Presentations: You'll create engaging presentations that showcase our products and inspire our customers.
