About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled In-Store Commercial Manager to join our team at H&M Home. As a key member of our store leadership, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability in-store.
  • Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to plan and execute visual merchandising and store operations.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Embed H&M Group values and brand DNA into all aspects of store operations.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a commercial or retail leadership role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
