Job Summary

The In-Store Commercial Manager at H&M Home is responsible for creating an excellent and inspiring shopping experience for customers every day. This involves planning and organizing daily store operations with the Store Manager and team.

The ICM's responsibilities are divided into five areas: Customers, Colleagues, Inspiring Presentation, Planning, and Procedures & Routines. As an ambassador for the brand, the ICM works with the team to exceed customer expectations and drive sales on the sales floor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer First: Provide excellent customer service and prioritize customer needs.
  • Maximize Profitability and Sales: Work with the store team to achieve sales goals and maximize profitability.
  • Inspirational Presentations: Create engaging and inspiring presentations both individually and with the team.
  • Leadership and Example: Set an example for the team by upholding H&M Group values, H&M Home brand DNA, and H&M Group Global Leadership Expectations.
