Job Description

As an In-Store Commercial Manager at H&M Home, you'll play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience for our customers every day. You'll work closely with the Store Manager and team to plan and organize daily operations, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Focus: Prioritize excellent customer service, ensuring every interaction is personalized and memorable.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with the store team to maximize profitability and sales, driving business growth through effective communication and coordination.
  • Visual Presentation: Create inspirational presentations that showcase our brand's unique style and aesthetic, driving customer engagement and sales.
