Job Description

As an In-Store Commercial Manager at H&M Home, you'll play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience for our customers every day. You'll work closely with the Store Manager and team to plan and organize daily operations, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Focus: You'll be passionate about our customers and prioritize excellent customer service at all times.
  • Team Collaboration: You'll work with your store team to maximize profitability and sales, driving results through effective collaboration and communication.
  • Visual Presentation: You'll create inspirational presentations that showcase our products and brand DNA, both individually and with your team.
  • Leadership: You'll set an example for your team by embodying H&M Group values, H&M Home brand DNA, and H&M Group Global leadership expectations.
