The Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Network Blood Sciences Manager to join their team. This is a key role within the Laboratory Medicine Management Committee, responsible for providing professional leadership to laboratory staff and contributing to local and national strategic policy.

The successful candidate will have extensive relevant experience at Healthcare Scientist Professional Manager level or above, with a strong understanding of Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion. They will be responsible for preparing advice and proposals to enhance the effectiveness of the laboratory's work and ensuring confidentiality and conformity to the Data Protection Act.
