Are you a highly motivated and experienced 2nd Line IT Support Technician looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team at Syntax Consultancy Ltd. As a key member of the IT department, you will be responsible for supporting, installing, configuring and maintaining IT networks, Windows Server and Desktop technical environments. You will also be required to troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve IT problems to 2nd line level, as well as contribute to project based work including IT deployments, migrations and upgrades. With experience in IT Managed Services (MSP) and a strong understanding of Windows Server and IT networking, you will thrive in this role. The estimated salary for this position is £32,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. A full UK driving licence and own transport are preferred.
