They operate in more than 90 countries and boast a dedicated workforce of over 850 professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional system and product support to clients
  • Address support inquiries through phone, email, and chat
  • Collaborate with the Technical Support team on intricate issues
  • Stay updated on new product launches
  • Assist in the development of support documentation
  • Identify and address customer training requirements
  • Manage support tickets and perform site visits
  • Work alongside the sales team on system specifications
  • Provide outstanding customer service and commercial insights
  • Aid in training Technical Support Specialists
  • Maintain precise records and offer remote assistance
  • Troubleshoot technical challenges and install software/hardware
  • Conduct root cause analysis of customer inquiries
  • Test and assess new technologies

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Familiarity with security systems such as access control
  • Prior experience in Technical Customer Support
  • Knowledge of Electrical/Electronic Engineering principles
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and hardware panels
  • Understanding of trends within the security industry
  • Relevant certifications or equivalent experience in Engineering
  • Full UK driving license is mandatory
