We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist. As a key member of our sales and customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Maximize sales of all company services into existing customers and prospective customers
- Implement marketing schedules as directed by the General Manager
- Creation of marketing information and sending to prospects and customers
- Locating and calling prospects to make appointments
- Identify key drivers within customers
- Make customers aware of the company's services into existing accounts
- Monitor sales revenues for customers and act to maximize sales
- Customer services calls with telephone planning
- Maintain the company's CRM
- Weekly/monthly reporting of activity
- Previous experience in a similar customer support environment
- Enjoy speaking to people
- Not afraid of telephone rejection
- Be a strong advocate for the customer and company
- Strong communicator, both verbally and written
- Understanding of the company's products & services. Engineering knowledge is an advantage
- Be highly committed, well-motivated, and committed to the objectives of the business
