Personal Assistant to Regional Managing Director

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Churchill Living Ltd team as a Personal Assistant to the Regional Managing Director. As a key member of the senior management team, you will provide comprehensive and confidential support to the Regional Managing Director, ensuring the smooth operation of the business.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Regional Managing Director, including managing a busy diary, completing expense reports, and composing and preparing documents as directed.
- Arrange and attend meetings, take detailed minutes and actions, and assist in the coordination and production of the Monthly Board Reports.
- Identify and anticipate priorities, think ahead of upcoming projects, meetings, and requirements, and follow up on requests for information, outstanding reports, and correspondence.
- Provide a bridge for smooth communication between the Regional Managing Director, Senior Management Team, and internal/external stakeholders.
We are looking for an experienced, proactive, and adaptable Personal Assistant who will thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented, and ambitious business. You will have the proven ability to support a Senior Director or Executive and understand the need for confidentiality at all times.
You will have excellent problem-solving skills, be highly organized with a structured and timely approach to your work, and be able to work outside of your routine, think on your feet, and enjoy a varied and diverse set of responsibilities.
The ability to anticipate requirements ahead of time will be a skill you are proud of, along with your confident communication and interpersonal skills.
