Maintenance Operative Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Operative to join our team at Tenpin Ltd. As a key member of our site's maintenance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and diagnose faults in equipment and carry out repairs, adjustments, and other maintenance works as necessary.
  • Assist with painting and decorating tasks, including low-level decoration and repair of damaged walls or skirting.
  • Perform maintenance tasks such as fixing damaged toilet locks and soap dispensers, replacing broken wall tiles and floor tiles, and removing graffiti from internal and external areas.
  • Collaborate with the CSA-Pin to repair bowling-related equipment, including bumpers and customer seating areas.
  • Undertake other duties as required by management.
Requirements
  • Knowledge and experience in a similar maintenance role.
  • Experience with painting, decorating, plumbing, and non-electrical maintenance.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a positive attitude.
  • Good communication skills and self-motivation.
