Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Process Technician to join our team at Thames Water. As a Process Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out scheduled planned maintenance work on plant and equipment, ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carrying out routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failure and ensure optimal performance.
  • Operating and cleaning plant and equipment to maintain on-site operational and health and safety standards.
  • Responding to reactive jobs following plant and equipment failure, identifying the root cause and implementing corrective actions.
  • Maintaining a clean and tidy work environment, adhering to safety and security protocols.
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • Self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with the team.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving, with a focus on identifying and implementing solutions.
  • Knowledge and awareness of health and safety standards, with a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Full UK driving licence, with the ability to travel to different sites as required.
