About the Role

Lancaster City Council is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join their Development Management Team as a Graduate Planning Enforcement Officer.

The successful candidate will gain valuable experience in investigating breaches of planning control and will have the opportunity to develop their skills and knowledge in the planning system.

The role requires excellent organisational skills, a willingness to learn, and excellent customer service. A full current UK driving licence is essential, as the post holder will be required to visit multiple sites across the district.
