Job Title: Civil Enforcement Officer

Lancashire County Council is seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Civil Enforcement Officer. As a key member of our enforcement team, you will play a vital role in ensuring compliance with parking and traffic regulations across Lancashire's highway network.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maximise compliance with parking and traffic rules and regulations
  • Identify and take appropriate action against non-compliance
  • Ensure enforcement action is appropriate and accurate
  • Provide excellent customer service to our stakeholders

As a Civil Enforcement Officer, you will be responsible for patrolling Lancashire's highway network, both on foot and in a Lancashire County Council vehicle. You will be required to work in all-weather conditions and potentially challenging situations. You will also be required to wear a uniform and use a range of ICT systems to undertake your role.

Requirements:
  • A full driving licence and ability to drive a Lancashire County Council vehicle
  • Ability to work on a shift/rota basis, including weekends and bank holidays
  • Enhanced DBS check
