Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Civil Enforcement Officer. As a key member of our enforcement team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with parking and traffic regulations across Lancashire's highway network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maximise compliance with parking and traffic rules and regulations
  • Identify and take appropriate action against non-compliance
  • Ensure enforcement action is appropriate and accurate
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our stakeholders
Working Conditions

You will spend your working day patrolling Lancashire's highway network, both on foot and in a Lancashire County Council vehicle. You will be required to work in all-weather conditions and potentially challenging situations.

You will use a range of ICT systems to undertake your role and will be required to wear a uniform. Full training and a uniform will be provided.

Requirements
  • A full driving licence and ability to drive a Lancashire County Council vehicle
  • Ability to work on a shift/rota basis to ensure suitable enforcement coverage
  • Enhanced DBS check prior to taking up the role
