About the RoleThis is a full-time position working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. You will support the established operational highways team and manager, working closely with staff, managers, and customers in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the team's mailbox, ensuring timely responses to enquiries within a 48-hour service level agreement.
- Update and extract information from systems, as required.
- Assist with the collection and collation of information relevant to the Service.
- Provide business support for meetings, including arranging dates, room bookings, and preparing agendas.
- Respond to and resolve enquiries, received via telephone, face-to-face, email, and other channels.
- Manage your own workload to meet required deadlines.
- Maintain electronic records and filing systems.
- Liaise with external and internal customers.
- Print and scan documents.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communication.
