Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Nursing Associate at Pinhoe View, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to adults with acute mental health conditions. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, supporting healthcare assistants and nurses to deliver person-centred, compassionate care.
You will have a natural way with people and be able to communicate effectively, assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and providing nursing care. You will also be responsible for personal development and the supervision of others, developing and maintaining specialist knowledge.
