We are looking for a highly skilled Compliance and Administrative Support Specialist to join our team in Ipswich. As a Senior Financial Services Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial advisor firm.

Responsibilities:

  • Comply with regulatory requirements, including the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 and FCA Principles & Regulations.
  • Provide expert administrative support to Financial Advisors, including drafting Suitability Reports and Corporate Suitability Reports.
  • Liaise with clients, providers, and third parties to maintain effective communication and data exchange.
  • Manage enrolments, ensuring clients are compliant with Auto Enrolment Legislation.
  • Update relevant systems and documents, maintaining accurate records and databases.

This role requires a minimum of 12 months' experience in a similar position. If you have a strong background in compliance and administrative support, we encourage you to apply.
