Mental Health Nurse - Acute Mental Health Hospital

Job Summary:
A Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) is required to join our team at a leading national provider of health and social care services for young people and adults with mental health needs and learning disabilities. The successful candidate will work in an Acute Mental Health Hospital, providing compassionate care to service users and contributing to the development of individualised care plans.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide effective and compassionate nursing care to service users
* Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans
* Mentor and support team members to foster a collaborative environment
* Maintain accurate care records and observe, record, and report changes in service users
Requirements:
* Qualified Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD)
* NMC registration
* Full eligibility to live and work in the UK
* Strong teamwork skills and a high level of self-motivation
* Positive attitude and natural caring and compassionate approach
