We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Adult Mental Health Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with mental health issues.

  • This is a full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week, with shifts including early and late 7-hour periods.
  • Successful candidates will be rewarded with an estimated salary of £13,920 per annum (based on a 37.5 hour week).
About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the day-to-day delivery of care, ensuring service users' needs are met and they participate in daily activities.

You will work closely with our experienced team to provide individualized support and guidance, promoting independence and well-being.

Requirements:
  1. Diploma in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards one.
  2. Experience in supporting adults with challenging behaviour, learning disabilities, and/or mental health issues.
  3. Confidence to work alone or as part of a team.
  4. Passion for working with vulnerable adults.
