Care Worker Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Care Worker Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about supporting adults with various needs, including learning disabilities, autism, ABI, and mental health.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality support tailored to the individual's needs, empowering them to live fulfilled lives. You will engage in activities such as cooking, art, or listening to music, and enjoy outings like movie nights and food trips.
Key Responsibilities- Provide practical support, helping individuals to reach their goals in smaller ways, managing medication, shopping, health needs, and hygiene, as well as keeping things tidy and safe.
- Follow our procedures to ensure consistent, safe, and reliable care and support.
- Assist with daily living tasks, promoting independence and dignity.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- RQF Level 2 or above in social care
- Previous experience within a social care setting
- Knowledge of the regulatory frameworks

- A competitive salary of £70 per hour (dependent on qualifications)
