Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Managers with day-to-day supervision and management of our services
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Support with shift allocation, training, and inducting new colleagues
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker or equivalent role
- Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care or higher
- Experience working with individuals with autism and challenging behaviors
