Care and Support Associate

We're looking for a skilled and compassionate Care and Support Associate to join our team in St Albans. As a key member of our support team, you'll play a vital role in enhancing the lives of the individuals we support.
About the RoleThis position offers an estimated salary of £11.52 per hour, with opportunities to work typical shifts from 07:00 to 14:00 pm or 14:00 pm to 21:00 pm.
We offer a range of benefits, including:
- Enhanced evening and weekend pay at an additional 50p per hour (Ts & Cs apply)

Job Description:
You will be working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people, helping them to gain more independence in their daily lives. Our residential service in St Albans is a welcoming and friendly environment where no two days will be the same.
You'll be enhancing the lives of the people we support by teaching them new life skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging them to access their local communities, socialising, and doing lots of activities.
