The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Delivering high-quality support services that meet individual needs
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement support plans
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting incidents as required
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- RQF Level 2 or above in social care
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations
