About St Albans Orthodontics

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Dental Nurse to join our team at St Albans Orthodontics, part of the Portman Dental Care group. The ideal candidate will have valid certification in Dental Nursing, registration with the General Dental Council (GDC), and a positive attitude towards patient care.

As a Dental Nurse, you will be responsible for assisting our experienced orthodontists and providing exceptional standards of care to both NHS and private patients. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills through additional learning opportunities such as iTero scanner training and working in our dental laboratory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the delivery of high-quality patient care
  • Prepare treatment rooms and equipment for appointments
  • Monitor and maintain infection control procedures
  • Support the orthodontists and other members of the clinical team
