Job Description

As a Home Care Support Worker with Helping Hands, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Assisting with personal care activities such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Supporting clients with mobility and daily living tasks
  • Overseeing medication administration and providing medical support when needed
  • Assisting with household chores and errands

You will work closely with our care team to deliver tailored care plans that meet the unique needs of each client. Your kindness, empathy, and patience will make a significant difference in the lives of our clients and their families.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
  • The right to work in the UK
  • No prior social care experience is required, but a willingness to learn and develop your skills is essential
