Marketing Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly organised individual to manage and coordinate the bid process for The Talent Crowd in Preston. As a Content & Bids Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating impactful content and ensuring timely delivery of proposals.
The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships across departments, and a keen eye for detail. A creative and skilled copywriter with experience in adapting content for various campaigns and audiences is also required.
This is a brand-new role within the Marketing department, offering a creative aspect where you can repurpose content to create compelling messages for social media campaigns or support award submissions. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining a well-organised library of resources that can be easily accessed when new bids or proposals arise.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in working closely with stakeholders to create valuable content for bids and proposals, which may include case studies, testimonials, accreditations, awards, policies, and templates demonstrating the company's expertise.
