About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work as an Apprentice Recruitment Resourcer with Getting In Limited. You will have the chance to develop your skills in recruitment, administration, and customer service. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative support to the office and sales team;
  • Using job boards to identify suitable candidates;
  • Registering candidates, ensuring they are eligible, compliant and available for vacant positions;
  • Formatting CVs, requesting references, and maintaining the candidate database;
  • Working on selected jobs alongside experienced consultants; conducting market research, locating ideal clientele within the industry, and carrying out business development to attract new customers and employment;

You will be working in a fast-paced environment, supporting your manager and contributing to the growth and success of our company. The salary for this role is approximately £18,000 - £22,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer full training leading to a recognised Level 3 Recruiter Apprenticeship Standard Qualification.
