Accounting Role

We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Accounts Clerk to join our team at Office Angels.

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing high volumes of invoices for accounts receivable, payable, and employee expenses. This will include inputting timesheets and bank reconciliations, raising purchase orders and managing email mailboxes, as well as completing data entry tasks and general administration duties.

A strong background in computerised accounting systems, preferably SAGE 50, is essential for this role. The ideal candidate will also possess excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process high volumes of invoices for accounts receivable, payable, and employee expenses
  • Input timesheets and bank reconciliations
  • Raise purchase orders and manage email mailboxes
  • Complete data entry tasks and general administration duties

Requirements:

  • Experience with computerised accounting systems, preferably SAGE 50
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A systematic and thorough approach to work
  • Immediate availability and commitment to the role

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in accounting. The salary for this role is around £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (pro rata) or £14.00 - £16.00 per hour, depending on experience. We look forward to hearing from you.
