**Job Overview:**
As a Financial Support Coordinator at Office Angels UK, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Finance team.
**Salary:** £14.00 per hour / £25,000 - £30,000 FTE (based on 16 hours/week)
**Job Description:
Main Duties:- Process a high volume of invoices for accounts receivable, payable and employee expenses
- Manage timesheets
- Conduct bank reconciliations
- Prepare purchase orders
- Carry out ad hoc tasks to assist the Finance team
- Data input
- General administration including handling phone calls, responding to queries & managing multiple mailboxes

**Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in computerized accounting systems, preferably SAGE 50
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients
