Job Opportunity

Office Angels is currently seeking a skilled Financial Support Assistant to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers and has excellent administrative skills.

In this role, you will be responsible for processing financial transactions, including accounts receivable and payable, as well as managing email mailboxes and raising purchase orders. You will also be required to complete data entry tasks and general administration duties, ensuring that all records are accurate and up-to-date.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a solid understanding of computerised accounting systems, preferably SAGE 50, as well as excellent time management and organisational skills. You should also possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.

Responsibilities:

  • Process financial transactions, including accounts receivable and payable
  • Manage email mailboxes and raise purchase orders
  • Complete data entry tasks and general administration duties

Requirements:

  • Experience with computerised accounting systems, preferably SAGE 50
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A systematic and thorough approach to work
  • Immediate availability and commitment to the role

The salary for this role is approximately £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (pro rata) or £14.00 - £16.00 per hour, depending on experience.
