Accounts Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Support Specialist to join our team. As an Accounts Support Specialist, you will provide administrative support to our Finance team, ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.
The successful candidate will have experience with computerised accounting systems, preferably SAGE 50, and possess strong time management and organisational skills. They will also be able to convey information clearly and accurately both orally and in writing, demonstrating a systematic and thorough working approach.
Responsibilities:
- Process a high volume of invoices for accounts receivable, payable and employee expenses
- Input timesheets
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Raise purchase orders
- Complete ad hoc tasks as requested to support the Finance team
- Data Entry
- General administration including answering calls and managing multiple mailboxes
Requirements:
- Experience of computerised accounting systems, preferably SAGE 50
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Ability to convey information clearly and accurately both orally and in writing
- Systematic and thorough working approach with the ability to work independently
- Immediate availability and commitment to a temporary position
Benefits:
