We are seeking an Executive Culinary Specialist to join our team at Greenhithe. As a key member of the Back of House, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our customers.

About the Role:

In this exciting opportunity, you will work closely with the kitchen team to prepare and present delicious dishes, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation. You will also contribute to maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of menu items to a high standard, including pizzas, pasta dishes, salads, and desserts.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety and food hygiene standards.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service delivery and meet customer expectations.
