About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Licensing Administrator to join our team in Guildford for a temporary 8-week role. The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative or logistics roles, preferably within a licensing environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and organizing sales orders and purchase orders, overseeing goods receipt processes, processing invoices accurately and efficiently, coordinating order bookings, maintaining clear records, handling stock management, and ensuring compliance with licensing and operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and organize sales orders and purchase orders
  • Oversee goods receipt processes
  • Process and manage invoices accurately and efficiently
  • Coordinate order bookings and maintain clear records
  • Handle stock management and ensure inventory records are up to date
  • Ensure compliance with licensing and operational procedures

Salary: £25-£30 per hour (dependent on experience)

Contract Type: Temporary (8 weeks, with opportunity to extend or go permanent)
