You will be responsible for generating new leads, attending sales appointments, and building relationships with potential clients.

About the Role

As a Business Development Manager, you will be working in a fast-paced, target-focused environment with a high-energy culture. You will be responsible for:

  • Self-generating new leads and appointments through day-to-day new business activity.
  • Attending and closing sales appointments.
  • Generating and attending meetings with potential introducers and referral partners.
  • Achieving quarterly sales targets.
  • Accurately building, managing, and maintaining your sales pipeline.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 4+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Confidence in value-based and consultative selling.
  • Ability to sell to different audiences, including business owners, board members, and HR managers.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of weekly meetings.
  • Previous field-based experience.
