Business Development Manager

ER Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend virtual sales appointments and self-generate new leads, appointments, and referrals.
  • Achieve quarterly sales targets and accurately build, manage, and maintain the sales pipeline.
  • Manage and update information accurately within the CRM system, using customer intelligence for planning sales meetings.

About the Role:

  • 2+ years of experience in selling in a B2B environment using a consultative selling approach.
  • Driven by ambition and results with an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Previous experience in self-generating sales from scratch.
  • Resilient, confident, and tenacious with an engaging personality.
