Business Development Manager
ER Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend virtual sales appointments and self-generate new leads, appointments, and referrals.
- Achieve quarterly sales targets and accurately build, manage, and maintain the sales pipeline.
- Manage and update information accurately within the CRM system, using customer intelligence for planning sales meetings.
About the Role:
- 2+ years of experience in selling in a B2B environment using a consultative selling approach.
- Driven by ambition and results with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Previous experience in self-generating sales from scratch.
- Resilient, confident, and tenacious with an engaging personality.
