Job Description:

Main Duties:
- Work as an integral part of the Autistic Spectrum Condition (ASD) pathway multi-agency team
- Take a key role in feeding back to young people and their families the outcome of their multi-agency assessment
- Develop the service and the role in line with national and local initiatives
