About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Regulatory Reporting Specialist - Client and Product. As a key member of our Global Distribution Services Department, you will play a leading role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our regulatory reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the technical SME on UCITS KIID and PRIIP KID regulations, providing insights and guidance to the team.
  • Take a leading role in the KID/KIID/EMT/EPT BAU activities, ensuring quality control checks are embedded and processes are continuously improved.
  • Interact with internal and external stakeholders to identify and troubleshoot process and data issues, ensuring clear and accurate communication.
  • Monitor outsourcing providers, lead weekly calls, quarterly reviews, and coordinate with the Delegation Oversight team to ensure SLA adherence.
  • Maintain and update a KID/KIID issues log, providing robust and timely management information and metrics.
  • Ensure the EMEA GDS Regulatory Reporting Team Lead & Manager are kept aware of all significant matters and that complaints, breaches, and incidents are recorded on the incident reporting system and closed within suitable deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience within the asset management industry, preferably in a relevant product regulatory reporting role.
  • Extensive knowledge of UCITS KIID and PRIIP KID regulations, as well as other EMEA client regulations (Solvency II, CRR, etc.).
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • High attention to detail, proactive, and able to work on own initiative with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both with clients and internally, and highly team-oriented.
